• These products are referred to using terms such as “our hero prescription-only product” or “medical-grade formulation“.

Cosmetic and Cosmeceutical Products

• Descriptions are limited to general cosmetic claims such as “supports hydration,” “soothes,” and “helps maintain the skin’s natural barrier.”
• We do not make therapeutic claims such as “heals,” “treats,” or “prevents” unless the product is listed or registered with the TGA.

Clinical Claims

• Any statement labelled as “clinically proven” is supported by published peer-reviewed data and available on request.

Before and After Images

• These are used only in accordance with the TGA Advertising Code and must not suggest a therapeutic effect unless the product is TGA-listed.
