Returns & Refunds Policy

For V.supple® Products

La Signora Products Pty Ltd is committed to providing high-quality, safe products. Our returns policy follows the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

General Policy

Due to the personal and therapeutic nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at admin@vsupple.com.au. Please include a description and photographic evidence.

All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team.

Non-Prescription Products (V.supple® Range)

If your product is damaged or faulty, you may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of purchase. Conditions:

– Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging (unless defect was found during use).

– If you experience an adverse reaction, stop use and notify both us and your healthcare provider.

– Refunds or replacements for reactions are assessed case by case.

Prescription Products (V.supple Plus® Pessaries)

These products are custom-compounded therapeutic goods and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
– The product is defective, or
– It was supplied in error.

If there’s an issue with our “hero prescription-only-product”, please contact your dispensing pharmacy immediately.
For adverse reactions, stop use, speak with your healthcare provider, and notify us at admin@vsupple.com.au.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds are only offered in line with ACL when the product is:
– Faulty
– Significantly different from the description
– Unsafe to use

Refunds (via original payment method) are processed within 7–10 business days once approved.
Shipping is non-refundable, except where a product is incorrect or defective.
Replacements are sent once the returned item has been verified.

How to Lodge a Return

  1. Email us at admin@vsupple.com.au with your order number and issue details.
  2. If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions.
  3. Package your item securely and send it to the provided address.
  4. Once received and assessed, a refund or replacement will be arranged.
